So, I guess my point is that OLECMDID_ZOOM is not the answer to my
question. But what is? How can I use the webbrowser control and have
it display the fonts I specify even if this accessibility option is
enabled?

I guess you could override this accessibility option in IE with the value you like, if you're hosting the control in your app. Something like IDocHostUIHandler2::GetOverrideKeyPath.
