With WebBrowser control I am able to navigate to a site that I use
daily. However, there are 3 hyperlinks on the page, each allowing me
to download the day's file in a different format.

I always use the CSV link, however, I need someone to advise me on
what codes I can use in order to accelerate the "Save Target As"
command that is displayed on the shortcut menu that pops when that
link is right-clicked.

Also, if there is any coding necessary to determine the folder to
save in and file name, please say as well.

I'm not quite sure what you are asking, but look at URLDownloadToFile

With sufficient thrust, pigs fly just fine. However, this is not
necessarily a good idea. It is hard to be sure where they are going to
land, and it could be dangerous sitting under them as they fly
overhead. -- RFC 1925
