So how would one go about getting the srollheight of the whole page?
What exactly is a "srollheight of the whole page"? Suppose you have 10
frames, all independently scrollable. Consider also the possibility of
iframes that can appear anywhere on the page, and don't necessarily
change their size as the main page is resized.

With sufficient thrust, pigs fly just fine. However, this is not
necessarily a good idea. It is hard to be sure where they are going to
land, and it could be dangerous sitting under them as they fly
overhead. -- RFC 1925
