Can I read cookie with vc code

hi,all
In my application. I need to read cookie which be saved when I
browsered webpage ,How The Ineternet Explorer read cookie(eg: when I
browser this forum ,my email address is displayed on top right
corner),Can I read the cookie saved in cookie cache with vc code .
I know the function "InternetGetCookie()" ,but I don't know
CookieName ,Can I list out all the cookie name and value
