How to set BHO Publisher field in IE Manage Add Ons

We have a signed BHO written in managed code (C#). When we look at
"Manage Add-ons" in IE on either Windows XP or Vista, the Publisher
field is blank.

How do we get our name to show up in the Publisher field? We thought
that with signed BHOs, the Publisher field would be filled in for us.

I also noticed that the File attribute for our BHO (shown in "Manage
Add-ons") is listed as mscoree.dll and not our DLL, which I do not
understand either.

Any pointers would be appreciated.
