Avoid re-post IE message

When you try to refresh a page that has posted data on it, IE pops up a
message box saying: "The page cannot be refreshed without resending the
information. Click Retry to send the information again, or click Cancel
to return to the page that you were trying to view."

I would like to refresh the page and always use the Retry option (which
reposts the data, AFAIK). Is there a way to do that? Just navigating to
the same link that I'm currently on won't work because then the page
loses any context that is on it's forms.

Thanks in advance,
Chad
