What changes are notified exactly? it is not clear..
Any property and style changes.
For example, I'm advising on a "DIV" element, and get the event when
the javascript changes the "style.display" property of the DIV. But
when advising on an "iframe" element, i do not get the event on the
corresponding change (i.e. the java script changes the style.display
property of the irame).
The documentation for onpropertychange event lists all elements the
event is fired on. DIV is one of them, IFRAME is not.

With sufficient thrust, pigs fly just fine. However, this is not
necessarily a good idea. It is hard to be sure where they are going to
land, and it could be dangerous sitting under them as they fly
overhead. -- RFC 1925
