I find a BCB example.
The source code is almost the same.
And I run the program it can open a IE window and fill the input
fields, but it can't send the message antomatically. It just fill the
input data antomatically. I think it is not what I want.
Once you fill in the input data, you can tell the browser to submit it
by calling IHTMLFormElement::submit on the form element.

With sufficient thrust, pigs fly just fine. However, this is not
necessarily a good idea. It is hard to be sure where they are going to
land, and it could be dangerous sitting under them as they fly
overhead. -- RFC 1925
