Detect File Download Dialog when shutdown WebBrowser


When using WebBrowser hosted app, it issued an File Download Dialog, it was
in progress, but when to shutdown the app, the download got killed as well.
How to detect there is a File download in progress in the WebBrowser
application?

I had seen this anwser or similar before on MSDN or somewhere. But I can not
find it anymore through search MS website, or Google.
