hi I am building a toolbar for IE with visual studio 2003 on windows xp.
When I install the toolbar on a windows 2000 machine with IE 5.5, the
name of the toolbar appears in the View->Toolbars, but on clicking the
toolbar does not appear.
Is there any problem with VS2003 working with IE 5.5?

PS: when installing VS 2003 we are forced to upgrade to IE 6.
