WebBrowser target

I have created a WebBrowser object in a dialog, I want to make it so
that it has a predefined target name, e.g.
<A HREF="http://jet.autonomous-worlds.com"; TARGET="World">Click</A>
in any webpage will launch in my WebBrowser object.

I have set the RegisterAsBrowser option to TRUE but have not found
anywhere to set the target name...
