Can I used BeforeNavigate2 to amend headers to over-ride no-cache setting

I have a webbrowser control on a form (both in VB6 and Excel/VBA). It seems that one of the images on the page must be set to expire immediately as this one file does not exist (although I can't see this in the source for the HTML)

Can I modify the Headers variable within the BeforeNavigate2 to achieve this.

I've even followed these instructions http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=323308#kb3, for downloading the patch (my PC software level was older than that), and applied the BypassHTTPNoCacheCheck registry change, but the image still won't download to the hard disk

... I can see that he could perceive being made to admit that he did wrong ... doubt as to whether he really is turned on by the images but should have ... known better than to risk downloading the stuff, ... Langham with a journalist or a police officer and your doubts ...
