IE Toolbar always visible.

Hi people,
After having problems with getting the toolbar to be visible. Now my
problem is that if the user deselects the toolbar and starts IE, the
toolbar appears by itself due to the presence of the BHO com object
that uses ShowBrowserBar.

My ShowBrowserBar uses only the TRUE variant type during startup. Is
there any way i can get the toolbar to remember its previous state?
