ExecWB print dialog box and Windows XP SP2

I have a local site webpage that calls ExecWB(6,2) to print the page to the
default printer without prompting the user for the printer with the print
dialog box. Since installing SP2 the print dialog box always appears no
matter what the setting of the 2nd parameter. I have tried setting local
security to low and also enabled 'My Computer' security in IE and set that to
low but it still happens.

Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this problem?
