IE scrollbar position

I have an .aspx page, with some links on it. When a user click a link, the
page is reloaded and the text belonging to te link is changed.

Now, for some links the user has to scroll down with the IE scroll bar. When
the page is reloaded, the page is displayed at it's top level.

Is it possible to go down automatically to the previous "scroll level"?

Is there a scrollbar property which I can read/set?

Many thanks,

Eric
