Language pack installation prompt

I'm using the web browser control to parse through a bunch of sites, but if
if I try to load a site that has a language on it that IE has not yet
installed, I get a prompt. I'm attempting to run everything invisibly, so
this isn't good.
Here is an exmaple of a site that causes the prompt:
http://www-lib.haifa.ac.il/www/art/MYTHOLOGY_WESTART.HTML
I'm hiding the control in a hidden window, and using the silent property via
my ClientSite's Invoke call.
Anyone know how I can get rid of the prompt?
