No DocumentComplete in Win95

I have a Webbrowser app that works perfectly in every Win version, but when
it comes to Win95, the app 'stops' because it is waiting for a
DocumentComplete event...that never comes.

Am running IE5.5.. perhaps there's something else IE5.5 and Win95v need in
order to love each other?
