DISPID_DOWNLOADCOMPLETE and Frames

Hi,
    Whenever we press F5 or refresh, DISPID_DOWNLOADCOMPLETE is fired. In
such a case If I need to process my HTML page (including frames), do I have
to store the frames from the earlier DISPID_DOCUMENTCOMPLETE events? or is
there any way by which I can retrieve them after geting the DOWNLOADCOMLETE
event ?
