Print Preview with custom headers/footers

I am using KB 267240 (HOWTO: Print Custom Headers and Footers for a
WebBrowser Control) to print custom headers and footers.

How can I show a print preview with those custom headers and footers. I seem
to be getting the default IE headers and footers on using the following:
pWb->ExecWB(OLECMDID_PRINTPREVIEW, OLECMDEXECOPT_PROMPTUSER, &vArg, NULL);

where vArg is the variant containing the header/footer information as
described in the KB article.
