ISA Server 2004 and multiple 'external' NICs in one subnet

Hi all,
A quick question, perhaps a dumb one from a total ISA newbie. We 'inherited' a ISA 2004 environment that originally was used only to publish OWA for an Exch2003 (NTLM). The client now also wants to publish a new Exch 2007 forest OWA using Form based authentication and another sharepoint portal, all of which uses different URLs.
So now from one simple NIC we're adding two additional NIC, but they are all in the same 'one' DMZ subnet ---> in the end we'd have 3 NIC with 4 IP address all in the same subnet. 3 of the IP addresses are NAT'd from external firewall device. These 3 IPs all are to be listening on 443 using 3 different SSL certs.
Just wondering, is a 3 NIC card setup with all IP address in the same DMZ subnet something doable in ISA 2004? I'm thinking how I might do the default gateway configuration in this situation.
The client will only do an overall system software upgrade refresh next year, so we're stuck with ISA 2004 for now.
Hoping to have some quick pointers to start with.
Thank you,
Michelle
