OK, thank you for your response
This is how i understand it
1) Put a virtual server on my XP pc
2)create 2 virtual machines - am i right?
3)put win2003 on the 1 machine and ISA on top of win2003
4)setup xp on the other VM and configure it so that ISA is the gateway and
do the tests from there
Am i right in my steps?
Thank you

Hi,
I have a fully functional Win 2003 domain. I want to test ISA server but
want to make it applicable to ONLY 1 workstation on the network. What are
my options here?
Can i install it on the XP SP 2 workstation, configure it and test the
settings but it should NOT affect any other workstations?I am using a
diginet internet connection for the network with is 24hrs >>available.
ISA can only be installed on Windows Server 2003 but you can install a
virtual machine on your XP client with ISA Server 2006 installed and yes,
it is possible to configure ISA for only one workstation. The workstation
shoul ISA have as its Gateway and ISA should be connected to the Internet.
