Array or Enterprise?

Hi All,
We have ISA 2004 Enterprise and we need to deploy a coupla firewalls
load-balanced to our offsite location.

I'm tempted to just create a new Enterprise for that site, but our offsite
is bridged to our internal network, meaning that our offisite firewall's
internal adapters can sit on the same segment as our local firewall's
internal adapters. Along those lines, I could put the internal adapters of
all of the firewalls on the same subnet and everything. I'm thinking I
should just create a new array within the Enterprise. Does that sound okay?

The External segments are separate though.
