RST segment

I am getting error messages with some MS updates for WSUS - they show "A
connection was abortively closed after one of the peers sent a RST segment"
Protocol is http, but by the time it has aborted they seem to have sent &
received about 0.5mb!!
Can anyone explain this & how to fix it?
