You don't "open ports" with ISA.
What exactly are you trying to do?
Be specific.

Can anyone advise.
I can't open a port in ISA 2004 (SBS) version. What I've set up looks
just like the two server access rules for rdp. Ive tried using a custom
protocal and also without. Even with rdp both rules say "Outgbound" even
though one specifies "External to Local Host". That doesn't quite make
sense to me but rdp does work. By Shields Up the port I'm trying to open
is not. Thanks.
