Is the isa server a member of your internal domain?

Hi,
My ISA server 2004 http, https, ftp rule has a problem.
When i add all authenticatited users to this rule, users can't open webpages but when i add all users, everyone can access web.
I created AD connection verifier, it says "successful"
But i think there is a problem to verify users username and password from AD.

What should i think about the problem?
