ISA 2006 Enterprise setup with NLB for high redundancy

We are planning to have ISA server 2006 setup with NLB for high redundany.
So some one can suggest us to have a server hardware configuration including
software for this high redundancy with NLB

1.There will be 600 users who access http, ftp services
2.100 User will be accessing internal webservices (reverse and forward
proxy)
3.Also used for Outlook webaccess for e-mail..exchange 2003
4. We can say 40% users will always be accessing the services

So please suggest us on having hadware requirement for such setup with NLB.
Here we will be going with NLB .
