Bundle many adsl sources...?

Hi,

We have a dual internet connection. Can I have a standard ISA server bundle these two together to get more bandwidth?

Also can I add another two NICS (A+B) for the LAN side and have ISA give first priority bandwidth to NIC A and give NIC B only 'surplus/leftover' bandwidth?
