Please explain... I'm tearing my hair out here... I presume you mean by
going to administrative tools and then certification authority... if so...
it's not installed!

I'm getting this error message:
Error Code: 500 Internal Server Error. The certificate chain was issued
by an authority that is not trusted. (-2146893019)
When trying to access my exchange 2003 OWA from my ISA server2004
machine.
This only happens when accessing it through https://FQDN/exchange rather
than https://officeserver/exhange
How can I make the authority trusted?
