Daniel,
The actual rule that applies to uploading a file
to an FTP server or computer is the SBS
Internet Access Rule under Firewall Policy.
-Right click on the SBS Internet Access Rule
and select Configure FTP.
-Uncheck the box above the Sentence: When Read Only is selected,
FTP
uploads will be blocked.
-Click Apply and OK.
-Then on the Firewall Policy screen click Apply and on the
confirmation screen click OK.
Now ISA 2004 or 2006 will Allow you to upload your FTP file.
Let me know if this solved your problem.
Thanks,
Collin

I tried to connect to win2003 server active directory isolated ftp
server on isa server 2004 computer but it won't get connected. My
rule
is allow connect from external to local host via server publishing
and
for all user. The error is "windows cannot access this folder. Make
sure you type the file name correctly and have permission to the
folder." It can connected if using local lan ip of the isa
server. Been looking at the log, it was denied by the default rule
although i've created the server publishing rule. Anyone pls advise?
Thanks
