RPC to internal DC ist blocked

hi,

my ISA-Server 2006 is blocking RPC requests against
the internal DC
ISA is menber in W2003 Domain. All Servers with Win 2003 R2 SP1
ISA: internal 192.168.20.60 // external: 212.x.x.x.
DC: 192.168.20.50
if i do a dcdiag against the DC (Dcdiag /s:DC) i get
RCP server is not vailable

if i stop the msfw-service it works

the dns must be working, because nslookups against
the domain or the dc work.

any ideas?
