The problem you describe sounds very NAT related. Have a look at this

Hey all,
I have a SBS 2003 SP1 customer that uses the Microsoft VPN client to
connect to two different VPN connections form one of the workstations.
Both were working fine until the installation on ISA 2004. After
install only one works and the other gives error 619. Given that the
other one still works I believe the I have ISA passing the VPN
protocols just fine. Could there be some incompatibility between ISA
and the equipment at the connection that now gives the 619 error?
