ISA 2006 Problem with Outlook Anywhere

What do I want? I want to use Outlook from external networks running Outlook
2003 SP2 and later clients, using NTLM so I don't have to type my password
to check mail (ntlm).
Here's my config.
A domain controller with CA server installed.
One Exchange 2007, one Exchange 2007 Edge server.
Domain name (internal and external is the same) mydomain.net
I have replaced the certificate for the Exchange server and internally
everything is running fine.
I have one ISA server 2006 that is updated with "Update for Publishing
Microsoft® Exchange Server 2007". I have imported the certificate for the
Exchange server and have OWA published and running fine. I have done
everything according to the guide below but can't get it to run Outlook
Anywhere.I get a bit confused when it comes to "Configuring Constrained
Delegation and Protocol Transitioning" and the SPN name. I have done
according to the guide but I don't understand what the SPN name get to be
(as default) and what to type in the publishing rule (if anything) and what
options to choose and what to type in to the client. If there is anyone out
there who can clarify this a bit please help : )
I have one Windows XP SP2 (fully patched) with Office 2003 SP2 (fully
patched) on an external network, this client is NOT a domain member but do
have the certificate from my DC installed.
Here is the guide I've been reading up on:

Fred
