ISA 2006 controlled by APC AP9617

Hi

how to configure ISA 2006 to be controlled by APC AP9617
Management card) AP sends packets to broadcast address
and port 3052. While the broadcast address is a part of Internal
network, the access at port 3052 is not defined and the default
deny rule is applied
Any help that is converging to solution (configuration of ISA)
is welcome.
