But now we're planning to install an ISA server between the router and the
network in a back firewal type configuration. I need the same users from
the same Ip adresses to be able to continue using telnet to each access
his own server.
You will have to assign two IP addresses to the ISA external NIC (IP1 and
IP2), and create two different server publishing rules for Telnet, one
forwarding traffic that arrives at IP1 to the first computer on the internal
LAN, and the other forwarding traffic that arrives at IP2 to the other
computer. Of course you will still have to NAT at the router like before,
only this time the targets will be IP1 and IP2.
