my scenario

I have seperate groups of users which i deny all access to the internet
using a deny rule with url / domain name sets exceptions to allow access
to certain sites.

I need to reverse this on a few groups of users so they have access to all
the internet using an allow rule with url exceptions for certain sites.
Im setting up the rule and logically it makes sense except it doesnt work

action allow
protocols : http https
From : Internal
To : External (with exceptions)
Condition : selectedgroup

eg i want to deny a set group of users from accessing say www.google.co.uk

Any ideas?
