Check the isalogs to see if your authentication requests are being sent
through the isa internal interface; review your internal network object for
either misconfigured ip ranges or internal domains not specified.
It is recommended to configure authentication on access rules and not on the
internal network object.

I am running a single forest domain with one controler and using ISA 2004
for
web access control. MS firewall client is installed on all clients and
when I
don't ask for authentication everything works fine. turn on
Authentication
under the web proxy / authenticaton tab for the internal network and some
users can not logon to the network. disable the authentication and users
can
login almost instantly.
This is clearly in the rules of ISA but I can't find out where - cav
anybody
help?
