Virgil -
Finally got the default.asp working - I was missing the extra path in
the OWA publishing rule.
So - I finally have a situation where all users, no matter what url
they type, are presented with the FBA authentication page. Woohoo!
I think this is just academic at this point, but I'm still curious --
if I turn on the requirement for all users to authenticate,
authentication fails. Any ideas why this is happening?
