Rayne offered a URL for a Technet entry on publishing OWA with
forms-based authentication using RADIUS. RSA's Secured Partner
Solutions Directory also offers informative implementation guides on
the web:
MS ISA Server 2004 (Enterprise Edition)
http://rsasecurity.agora.com/rsasecured/results.asp?search=ISA&x=5&y=7
MS ISA Server 2004 (Standard Edition)
http://rsasecurity.agora.com/rsasecured/results.asp?search=ISA&x=5&y=7
ISA Server 2004 supports native RSA SecurID APIs for strong
authentication to hosted web content, but the ISA Server does not
support EAP authentication by default. EAP -- which is used by
protocols such as PPP, IEEE 802.1X and IKEv2. -- can, however, be
easily added to the ISA Server by installing the RSA Authentication
Agent Software. It's a useful enhancement.
EAP-POTP -- EAP with Protected-mode One-Time Passwords -- can provide
unilateral or mutual (user/site) authentication, or even key material,
in protocols which utilize EAP.
If that sparks a little curiousity in you, check out the EAP-POTP docs
in the RSA-sponsored "OTPS" standards at: <http://tinyurl.com/7rtnl>
Surete,
_Vin
