And that's a wise decision. In place upgrades (ISA 2000 to 2004) are not
perfect, too many differences I guess. Plus you get a lot of new features by
upgrading to ISA2004.

Yes I was wondering that :-), my money was on something else though. I was
actually thinking that you might have been testing some script using the ISA
administration objects, to delete/disable some rule(s) programatically and
you ended up messing them all up.
