Re: ISA 2000 Restore (via Virtual PC 2004)

No mention of the SID, but I suspected that once I read the MS articles, where
they every carefully avoiding telling me how to move the config to another
machine.. Well, looks like I will just be moving on to ISA 2004 and invest the
time into it, as opposed to hoops to get these site and content rules back..
I am sure your wondering how on earth you loose all your S&C rules in the
first place. I was deleting them on purpose, thru the mmc where I was
redeploying another isa server for other purposes, and I thought I was on
that server when deleting them.. Sigh.. As I stared blanking at my missing S&C
Rules for my production server, that sinking feeling hit.. they come around
about once every 8 years, but they make us stronger and wiser.. Inserting
the ISA 2004 cd now... :) Thanks for the info.. I appreciate people who
take time out to help others, and I will try to do the same..
