ISA load balancing two internet connections

Looking through the documentation for ISA server there are several
references to load balancing, yet they all seem to point to situations where
you are balancing the load between a group of servers in a cluster.
Is ISA Server able to provide load balancing for a network where you have
multiple internet connections?
We've got an office network with two ADSL connections coming in which we
want to load balance to give us better connectivity. We've looked at some of
the load balancing boxes, but other than the very expensive ones they all
have the issue of not properly handling NAT etc, which make them less than
ideal as a solution. I'm hoping that ISA has the functionality to handle
this, but the documentation doesn't seem to make it obvious one way or the
other.
I hope someone can confirm either way for me.
Thanks
Keith
