ISA server authentication problem!!!!HHHEEEELLLLPPPPPPP!!!!

We have a problem with firewall client on our domain.ISA Server cannot
authenticate domain user on firewall client.All domain admins can corectly
run firewall *** all users cannot.Also clients cannot access any share on
ISA server.
This is the error on ISA Server:
