Network Access Message: The website cannot be found

PROBLEM 1:
Sometimes when I browse around I get an ISA website cannot be found error
but when I refresh the page, the page usually loads fine. But sometimes it
doesn't. For instance, I am trying to access www.softwarespectrum.com, which
as I wrote this was up and running, as confirmed by accessing the site via a
remote server.
But when I access this site from any SBS workstation I get:
Technical Information (for support personnel)
* Error Code 11001: Host not found
* Background: This error indicates that the gateway could not find the
IP address of the website you are trying to access. This is usually due to a
DNS-related error.
* Date: 8/2/2005 8:34:44 PM
* Server: lrgi-marlin.LRG.local
* Source: DNS error
When i try to access the site from the sbs server I just get redirected to
the msn search thingy.
Nothing in the event logs either.
This is an SBS 2003 premium box with sp1 and isa 2004.
PROBLEM 2:
It seems ever since I installed ISA 2004 I can't ping anywhere externally
form a workstation, yet pinging from the server still works fine. I set up a
filter to allow icmp traffic through but thats didn't do anything for me.
With the exception of problem 1, I can browse the net just fine.
Any ideas?
