ADSL Network VPN access concept

Wonder if anyone would be able to help.
I currently have an ADSL set-up with a standard netgear router. This
dishes out NAT addresses in the 192.168.x.x range. I would like ISA
server to receive one of these private addresses and treat it as an
external address, so that I may use use ISA effectively as a second
firewall with my internal network addressing changing to use
10.x.x.x
The reason for this is that I would like to enable VPN passthrough on
the router and pass all VPN requests to the ISA server for
authentication and access control, however I would like the router to
be the only way into my network, therefore I don't want to put ISA in
a DMZ where it's treated as another possible route into the network.
I would also like to point all my clients to the ISA server and use it
as a proxy server.
If this is a bad idea and there is a better way of doing it, then
please let me know.
Thanks
