Hi Sergio,
I've already tried but it didn't worked.
Anyway I've found (but not solved) the reason. By sniffing the network I
found that when Windows Messenger is started it query (DNS) the record
_rvp._tcp.<mydomain> but instead of sending the queries to the DNS on the
VPN, it send the queries on the VPN on the LAN that, when the VPN is
established, are obviously unreachable.
In this way, Windows Messenger continues retrying that query and look as
"hung". No way, nor timeout, to escape that conditions.
Note that the sequence of adapters is correct (VPN before the LAN adapter)
and a normal query issued via nslookup at the DOS prompt are sent to the DNS
on the VPN.
Any other hints?
Thanks
