I got similar problem.
I have a self-development FTP program will has no problem
if I connect to the remote FTP server through ISA2000.
However, if I configured the ISA server to point to a
ISA2004. The data connection cannot be established after
the successful authentication of the username and
password. Do you have any idea found?
