Sorry, my mistake ...

I'm running IE on a ISA firewall client (10.90.1.2) and I am trying to
access a remote ftp server (for isntance ftp://ftp.pervasive.com)

With a secureNAT-client no problem, but the firewall client does not
respond, it stays busy for several minutes "getting contents of folder" as
announced in the statusbar, and then I get An error occurred opening that
folder on the FTP-server. Make sure you have permissions to access that
folder.
Details:
The operation timed out.

With a live monitor-query I see some unidentified IP-traffic on port 20 from
the external ftp-server to the external NIC of the ISA-server, which is
blocked by default, but even if I allow this traffic the fault remains (it
comes quicker though).

This is rather crucial to us because non technical users must upload files.

Thanks for any help
