You questions would take to long for anyone to answer completely so here is
a start.
Yes you need 2 NICS, that is the only way ISA works (2 or more).
The rest of your goals are achievable and the How TO can be found in ISA
Help - Check the Scenarios in Help and on the Microsoft Site.
