It creates packet filters (sorry; ISA 2004 terminology crept in).
You'll want to scan your packet filter list and delete any that were created by the script.

have deleted that file in isa 2000 root and was nothing an rule what I kcan
see..but seeing a log in ISAlogs file ippextd20040607 was there I fuond my
friends ip was blocked but maked a rule for hims ip yesterdays..
