how to configure Cable Modem on ISA

Good afternoon,
  
     When I setup ISA on Windows 2000 Server, and dial up
Internet by Cable Modem, and got a dynamic IP.

     When I start Firewall Service, The line of online
will be broken.

     When I stop Firewall Service, The line will be
online automatic.
